RhYTHMS OF ANXIETY 2014
Incorporating the cyclical elements of minimalism and musical rondo form, with a background tempo of 72 beats per minute (the average adult human heart-rate) this soundscape is based on the heartbeat.
It is a broad representation of constrained stress; the blurred droning layers of drumming, with slow irregular breathing patterns are a representation of the body's attempt to stay control in the midst of chaos.
